Damage to limo - interior/exterior
• Do we have to pay for damages caused by us? Damages to the limo both interior and exterior and drinking glasses caused by the passengers will be borne by the renter. Should drinking glasses be broken by the passengers, the latter will have to compensate $40 per glass. Renter will have to pay for damages to carpets, seats or other parts, eg, soiling of carpet by vomit or spillage, scratches and stains, etc. The amount payable will be determined by Lotus Limos management.

Airport transfer – luggage – waiting time
• What are the charges for airport transfer? The charges for airport/hotel vv is $315 per hour.
• How long will the limo wait for the passengers? The limo will wait from 20 minutes after confirmed arrival of the flight. Should drop-off be beyond one hour of booking, it will be considered 2 hours, unless under extenuating circumstances like being held up by Airport Authorities, baggage clearance, traffic jams, etc.
• How many pieces of luggage can the limo carry? Only 3 pieces of medium size luggage can be carried in the limo boot.
• Are luggage allowed in the passenger cabin? Luggage are not allowed in the passenger cabin.
• Do I have to pay surcharge for carriage of luggage? Should there be more than 3 pieces of luggage, we will provide a luggage van at additional cost of $60 (City area only).
• On arrival where do I meet the limo driver? The driver will wait for you after you exit the Customs Hall near your baggage belt. He will hold a Lotus Limousines placard with your name and flight number on it.

Audio/video – smart phone, dvd, cd, radio
• Do you provide audio and video facilities? The limo is equipped with audio and video facilities.
• Can we bring our own cds, dvds or smart phone music? Yes, the audio and dvd player can play music from cds and smart phones as well as dvds.

Drinks – chilling - complimentary – liquor – restrictions
• What complimentary drinks do you provide? We provide ice chilled premium bottled water, coke and sprite.
• Do you provide alcoholic drinks? Alcoholic beverages can be purchased from us.
• Can we bring our own alcoholic drinks? You may bring your own alcoholic drinks, but a BYO corkage charge is payable at $80 per bottle, or $40 per 6 can of beers.
• Do you allow consumption of food in the limo? No consumption of food of any kind is permitted.
• Are there restrictions to the types of drinks allowed in the limo? Red wines and bottled drinks with screw caps are not allowed, unless as complements to paid alcoholic drinks.

Wedding car - flower decor – interior
• Is flower decoration allowed on the exterior of the wedding car? Yes, exterior flower decoration on the limo is allowed, but only for rental of 3 hours or longer.
• Is flower decoration on the limo exterior complimentary when it is booked for wedding? You have to have your own flower decorator. Usually bridal shops provide flower decorations for wedding cars.
• Do you allow the limo interior to be decorated? We do not allow the interior of the limo to be decorated.
• Do you charge if limo has to be driven to the bridal shop for flower decoration? A fee of $120 is chargeable for the limo to be driven to the bridal shop for flower decoration.
• Are there any restrictions to the flower decorations? Both fresh or artificial flowers are allowed on the limo. The height of the flowers on the limo bonnet should not be higher than 10 cm. Wires, staplers, suction pads (on the bonnet), dried twigs, non-colour fast ribbons and artificial flowers are not allowed as they cause scratches and stains on the limo.

Decals and 'Just Married' plate
• Do you allow decals on the limo body? Decals on the limo body is not allowed. • Do you allow "Just Married" plates be hung at rear of limo? Yes, that is allowed.

Location accessibility – parking
• Do you survey before hand, accessibility to the pickup and drop off locations? Where accessibility of the limo is in doubt, we will endeavour to survey the locations.
• What if the pickup and drop off locations are not accessible to the limo? Should the desired location cannot be accessed, eg a condo with narrow or steep driveway, we will pick up/drop off at another agreed suitable location nearby.

Restrictions in limo
• Do you allow smoking in the limo? Smoking is strictly prohibited by law in the limo.
• Are we able to shut the driver partition window for privacy? For safety reasons, the driver partition window will remain open, both while on the move and stationary.

• How long in advance do I need to book?
